need to make reservations or find out where all your guests will
be so they can be contacted by an operator. The required parties
just dial into our service at your chosen time and they will be
automatically entered into your conference once they have entered
your specific conference code.
Australia-Wide Toll Free Access –
Participants calling into the toll free number over a land line
will not incur any charge for their participation in the teleconference.
All the costs come back to the host.

can dial into any Australian capital city to access our service
for the cost of a local call if dialing in from that city.
Host And Guest Conference Access Codes –
The conference only starts when a host is present in the teleconference
so that unauthorised teleconferences cannot take place
Host Dial Out - The host's conference
account can be set up so that the host can dial out to some guests
while other guests can still dial into the teleconference using
their guest PIN
Recording – Teleconferences
can be recorded on demand and then downloaded immediately after
the conference or streamed from our website or guests can dial into
the playback platform to hear the recording over the telephone.
Participant Name Record - An optional
feature is to have all parties coming into the teleconference record
their name for playback into the teleconference as they enter and
leave or for the host to conduct a role call.
Host Recorded Greeting - The host
can record a greeting which will be played to the guests as they
enter the conference.
Sound Quality Optimisation - Participant’s
volume is balanced and background noise is filtered out to make
the teleconference easy on your ears.
Multiple Conference Codes –
We can issue different conference codes for the various groups within
your organisation who teleconference so your invoice can be itemised
according to who used what, when.
Conference Locking – The host
can lock the conference so no new participants can enter to ensure
security of your teleconference.
Muting Guests – The host can
put all guests on mute so the host is not interrupted during a presentation
Individual Muting - Each guest can
mute themselves individually so background noise or discussion can
be kept from the teleconference.
Detailed Monthly Invoice –
Each conference held in the month will be detailed according to
the date, time, number of participants and total time used. We can
also detail different conference group usage to make cost reconciliation
easy.
