Record your meeting or teleconference discussion easily, you can choose how:

• host can start the recording in 2 easy steps, refer to your host user guide
• tailor your conference group to automatically start recording when the host arrives, call Customer Care to set up

The recording of your meeting can easily be accessed by the host or administrator to distribute the recordings in a variety of ways:

• Download onto a PC in .WAV format
• Listen on a national toll free replay number
• Streamed from the website
• A link emailed to guests detailing the access phone number and replay code or web link to replay the conference
• Generate HTML code which can be embedded onto your website which will enable the recording to be downloaded from there
• Request a CD of the recording to be Express Posted to you
• a web interface

After the recording has been made it is stored on our servers for 1 month. This can be extended upon request.
